We can’t recommend Joe and The Hammer Man Can highly enough! Joe takes care of our NH lake house while we are in California during the off-season, and we always return to a home that is well-maintained and in perfect condition!
He is incredibly reliable, skilled, and proactive—fixing anything that breaks, keeping an eye on the property, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s small repairs like window screens, broken lights and door alarms, or just general overseeing of the house during harsh weather, he handles it all with professionalism and attention to detail.
